TVAdEclipse is a product of Hodgson Engineering LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website located at https://www.tvadeclipse.com (the "Website") and the TVAdEclipse hardware device and companion app (together, the "Product" or "Services"). By accessing or using the Website or Product, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website or Product.

1. Description of TVAdEclipse

TVAdEclipse is a hardware device, paired with a companion mobile app, that automatically detects and mutes TV commercials.

2. Orders, Pricing & Payment

Ordering is not currently active on the Website. When checkout is enabled, purchases will be processed by Stripe, a third-party payment processor. Shipping is currently limited to addresses within the United States, and applicable sales tax will be collected at checkout via Stripe Tax.

3. Returns & Refunds

Once ordering is enabled, hardware purchases may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the unit is defective, in which case we will cover return shipping. No restocking fee applies. 4. Warranty & Disclaimers

TVAdEclipse hardware is covered by a 1-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of delivery. This warranty does not cover damage from misuse, unauthorized modification, or normal wear and tear. The companion app is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hodgson Engineering LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Website, Product, or Services. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Product will not exceed the amount you paid for it.

6. User Data & Privacy

7. Intellectual Property

The TVAdEclipse hardware and companion app software are licensed to you for use with the Product. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, resell, or redistribute the software.
